Mr. Weber brings to the Firm more than two decades of experience in marketing, sales and business development in the financial sector. His background includes 14 years’ line experience in international, commercial and investment banking, with various management and marketing responsibilities.
Before joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Weber was managing director of Paris and Madrid for Indosuez Carr Futures. He previously worked for Banque Indosuez as sales vice president in the Paris Dealing Room. Earlier, he served as senior vice president of marketing for Europe and manager of business development at Indosuez Asia in Singapore.
Prior to his career at Indosuez, he was deputy representative at the Paris office of Bank of Montreal, having spent some time as account officer, Middle East, at Banque Paribas.
Mr. Weber graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and has a master’s of business administration from the International Management Development Institute in Lausanne. He is fluent in English and German, in addition to his native French.
