Ms. Meher-Homji has over a decade of experience in the recruitment of senior executives for organizations across the public and private sectors on a global platform. Within the nonprofit arena, she has represented organizations with causes related to international development, global health, environmental, cultural, government and academic interests.

Her client work includes searches for CEOs, presidents and functional specialties such as development executives, human resources executives and financial officers across multiple industries.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Ms. Meher-Homji spent seven years with another global executive search firm, where she worked within the nonprofit and corporate officers sectors. In 2006, she was appointed to India where she helped launch the firm’s presence in the Indian market and establish the flagship office in New Delhi.

Prior to entering executive search, Ms. Meher-Homji served as a global relationship manager for Fortune 500 companies at the Corporate Executive Board where she managed clients within the U.S. and Australia. 

Previously, she was a business development manager for global finance projects at K&M Engineering & Consulting Corporation, where she oversaw proposals and international finance projects funded primarily by The World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. Earlier, Ms. Meher-Homji served as a business development consultant for Ruesch International, a global financial services company.

Ms. Meher-Homji is a corporate member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the Society for International Development, the U.S.-India Business Council and the International Public Management Association for Human Resources. She serves on the boards of Encore Stage Theatre and the English Speaking Union.

Ms. Meher-Homji holds a master of arts degree in international affairs and economics from Old Dominion University. She earned a bachelor of arts degree in international studies and English literature from Aquinas College.
