With two decades of experience in the management consulting industry, Ms. Dutra brings a wealth of knowledge and success to the Firm and the Leadership and Talent Consulting group, including our Lominger and LeaderSource and Executive Compensation Advisors companies. Her expertise lies in helping senior management to identify and align around opportunities to dramatically improve business performance through organizational architecture, innovative growth strategies, talent and leadership development solutions and transformational journey management.
Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Ms. Dutra led the global organization and change strategy practice at Accenture. Before this role, she led the organizational transformation practice at Mercer Management Consulting.
Before joining Mercer, Ms. Dutra was with Marakon Associates, CSC Index and Booz Allen.
Prior to entering graduate school, Ms. Dutra worked for the IBM Consulting Group. Over a period of seven years at IBM, she held several different positions ranging from account manager, product director and strategic planning director.
Ms. Dutra began her career as an attorney in Brazil where she practiced commercial law. After earning her master’s in economics, she taught microeconomics, economic theory and international finance in Brazil and in the United States.
Ms. Dutra received a master’s of business administration from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, a master’s degree in economics from Pontificia Universidade Catolica in Rio de Janeiro, and a juris doctor in international law from Univeridade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, all summa cum laude. She is fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish and French.
