With nearly 20 years of experience in executive search, Ms. de Cholnoky brings an extensive and wide range of recruiting experience to her clients, which include Investment Banks, Commercial Banks, Hedge Funds/Fund of Funds, and Private Equity Firms. Her searches have included a broad range of senior level functions including senior management, investment banking, capital markets, principal investing, finance, risk management, research, investment management, marketing, and Board work.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Ms. de Cholnoky was a senior member of the financial services practice of another leading global executive search firm, where she was co-head of the global securities and investment banking practice.

Ms. de Cholnoky began her search career with another major U.S. search firm as head of the  wall street practice.

Prior to search, Ms. de Cholnoky spent eight years in investment banking, working most recently with Goldman Sachs, where she worked in both the corporate finance and fixed income divisions. Additionally, she worked for Merrill Lynch Capital Markets in investment banking and Chemical Bank in corporate lending.

Ms. de Cholnoky earned a master’s in business administration from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.
