Mr. Gaviria has developed a strong relationship with major consumer goods and pharmaceutical companies in Colombia, Ecuador and Peru. He has also participated in various Leadership and Talent Consulting projects in different industries within several countries, such as Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Colombia, Paraguay, Guatemala, Ecuador, Perú and Bolivia.

Mr. Gaviria joined Korn/Ferry Colombia in 2000 as a Research Associate and was later promoted to Senior Associate in 2003. In 2006, he was assigned to the regional office for South America in Sao Paulo, and from 2007, assumed responsibility for Korn/Ferry’s Quito office. He was promoted to Client Partner in 2008.

For the past nine years, Mr. Gaviria has been a member of the Assembly of  Fundación para la Investigación y el Desarrollo de la Educación Especial, FIDES, a non-profit organization devoted to the research and development of special education.

Mr. Gaviria earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from C.E.S.A., Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración, Bogotá, Colombia. Currently, he is studying to receive a master of science degree in consulting and coaching for change from Oxford University and HEC Paris.

Mr. Gaviria is fluent in his native Spanish, as well as English and Portuguese.
