Since founding the first supply chain management practice at this level of executive search, Mr. Fello has placed more senior supply chain executives than any other executive search consultant in the world. He focuses his search consulting practice on senior executives in the industrial sector, as well as senior supply chain leaders across a wide variety of industries. Mr. Fello is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). He is also responsible for leading several of the Firm’s largest global client relationships.
In 2004/2005, Mr. Fello was recognized for his excellence in client service, when he was named the global award winner of Korn/Ferry’s first annual Client Satisfaction Program. He was a repeat winner in 2005/2006.
Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 2003, Mr. Fello was affiliated with two other international executive search firms, most recently as managing partner and leader of the global industrial sector and supply chain management practice.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Fello was an executive at Electronic Data Systems, initially as managing principal responsible for creating and heading EDS’s vertical industry management consulting practices, and later as general manager responsible for creating and leading EDS’s supply chain outsourcing organization.
Before joining EDS, Mr. Fello was president and chief executive officer of Logica, North America (a professional services and applications software firm) and president and chief executive of Touch Communications (networking software and services). He began his career at Xerox Corporation, progressing through increasingly responsible positions before becoming president of Xerox Computer Services.
Mr. Fello received his bachelor’s degree in systems analysis from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He was one of 22 U.S. Marines selected worldwide to receive his degree through the Navy Enlisted Scientific Education Program.
