Mr. Bauch brings more than a decade of experience in the energy and utilities industries to his role at Korn/Ferry.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Bauch was with another large executive search firm, specializing in financial services and industrial assignments. His placements spanned positions including CEO, CFO, COO, General Counsel/AGC, CAO/ controller, chief construction officer, refinery manager and investment bankers.

Earlier, Mr. Bauch served as a managing director with CIBC Oppenheimer. His prior experience also includes roles with Jefferies, Prudential Securities and Morgan Keegan. He began his career as a corporate and securities attorney with Fulbright & Jaworski.

Throughout his tenure as a banker, he focused on the energy and utilities industries, and completed more than $10 billion in capital markets and M&A transactions.

Mr. Bauch holds a juris doctorate degree and a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of Mississippi, graduating cum laude. He holds a master’s of law degree from the New York University School of Law.
