Mr. Elliot advises major industrial clients throughout Australia, leveraging his broad experience serving in a corporate advisory capacity encompassing executive search appointments and chartered accounting.

After nine years based in Melbourne and Sydney, he returned to Queensland in 2010 to establish the Firm’s Brisbane office.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 1999, Mr. Elliott was a consultant with another leading search firm.

Before entering the recruitment industry, Mr. Elliott was a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers for over twelve years. He transferred to its U.K. office in the early 1990s and was appointed associate director in 1993, specializing in corporate finance, recovery and business turnaround.

During this period, Mr. Elliott gained extensive management experience through asset management/receivership and turnaround assignments for companies within the industrial and consumer sectors.

Mr. Elliott has worked in the U.K., New Zealand, the Solomon Islands and parts of Asia. He holds a bachelor of commerce from Queensland University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is a former registered liquidator with the ASIC and a Justice of the Peace.
