Ms. Sauer has recruited senior executives for a wide range of national, European and global roles on behalf of clients across numerous technology sectors including software, emerging technologies, IT services, professional services, electronics & systems and communications & convergence.

She joined Korn/Ferry in 1992 from Mercuri Urval, a well known European management consulting firm specializing in human resources consulting.

Along with her client facing activities in Germany, Ms. Sauer built the Stuttgart office and held the role of international coordination manager to develop international client relationships and cross border business.

Earlier in her career, she held the position of sales and merchandising manager of Suetex, a major European textile trading organization headquartered in Germany.

Ms. Sauer studied business administration in Germany and France and received the German “Diplom-Betriebswirt” and the international master’s of business administration degree from the CESEM (Group ESC Reims), France. She is fluent in German, English and French.
