With a solid background working within the industry, Ms. Metcalf focuses on senior-level searches for clients in the consumer and retail industries spanning start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Her assignments emphasize senior leadership roles in marketing, finance, strategy and general management.

Ms. Metcalf joined Korn/Ferry in 2000 from Sears, Roebuck and Co., where she was a director of e-commerce for sears.com. Her responsibilities included the overall design and launch of the consumer electronics category website. Prior to this role, Ms. Metcalf spent several years as director of strategy for Sears retail store. She also spent several years as a consultant in the consumer goods practice of A.T. Kearney Management Consultants. She began her career as a compensation consultant with The Hay Group, a leading human resources consulting firm.

Ms. Metcalf is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago.

Ms. Metcalf earned a master’s of business administration from the University of Chicago, where she received the George Hay Award in marketing, and graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s in economics and international relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
