She recruits board level executives and partners with companies to build high performing senior teams. Her functional expertise is in merchandising, marketing, international sales, and operations. Ms. Kramp is actively involved in the retail, wholesale and direct-to-consumer businesses. With almost 20 years of business experience, she brings a wealth of relevant knowledge to her role. Prior to joining the Firm, she was vice president of Merchandising for Charming Shoppes, Inc., and was instrumental in a turnaround for this specialty retailer. Earlier, Ms. Kramp was with Sears, Roebuck and Company. During her tenure, she was actively involved in the “Softer Side of Sears” campaign. She was also on the development team for the “Sears Apparel Merchandising System” (SAMS) and was instrumental in creating a process and system to differentiate assortments for climatic zones, ethnic diversity and specified store attributes by business. Ms. Kramp has been on task forces to streamline processes, develop new systems and increase efficiencies within companies. She has a strong background in strategic planning, process management, international sourcing, marketing, and business operations. Ms. Kramp holds a bachelor of science degree in business and fashion merchandising, with honors, from Eastern Illinois University, Charleston, Illinois. |
