Mr. Milan brings more than fifteen years of search experience to his clients, with an emphasis on building executive management and product teams for growth stage and established organizations across multiple industry sectors. Additionally, he leads the global C3 specialty area within the Global Technology Market – an area of expertise bridging the Technology and Consumer Markets, focusing on content origination and distribution, commerce and connected devices & services.

Previously, he served as the Global Sector Leader, Software & Emerging Technologies for six years at Korn/Ferry.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2002, Mr. Milan was co-founder and chief executive officer of a boutique search firm based in San Francisco.  In this role, he helped emerging companies identify, hire and retain top executive leadership.  Earlier, Mr. Milan was a partner for OTEC Inc., a national search firm and former parent company of HotJobs. In this role, he recruited executives for the finance and media sectors within their technology business units.

Currently, Mr. Milan is also managing director of Tuesday Ventures, LLC, a small, private equity firm dedicated to providing angel funding and growth resources to private emerging companies.

Mr. Milan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.
