Mr. Falkowski’s highest quality of service and professional support to his clients was recognized in 2006, when he was granted the Firm’s “Excellence in Client Satisfaction” award. Since then, he is regularly recognized globally and in EMEA for his highest client satisfaction ratings.

In addition to his role of Senior Client Partner, Mr. Falkowski is also a Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting partner. He is an active member of the group, offering advanced and integrated strategic human resource services along the entire HR value chain of a modern business entity, such as talent management and retention, talent benchmarking, strategic effectiveness alignment, high potential management, executive development. Mr. Falkowski is a certified Associate of Lominger – a Korn/Ferry company.

In addition to assisting clients in their respective sectors, Mr. Falkowski leverages his experience in functional areas (general management, operations and supply chain management, finance, sales and marketing, IT), working solely at the C-suite and senior director level, and leveraging “The Art & Science of Talent” – Korn/Ferry’s unique approach to talent management.

Earlier in his career, he served at another global top executive search firm conducting searches and management assessments for over six years.

Between 1993-1997, Mr. Falkowski was a strategic management consultant and manager with McKinsey & Company in Poland, Central and Eastern Europe and the U.S. for industrial, FMCG, high-tech and banking clients.

Prior to McKinsey & Company, Mr. Falkowski was an IT journalist and subsequently an entrepreneur developing medical software and equipment for brain analysis.

He earned a master of science degree in mechanical engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology, with an additional master of business administration degree from the London Business School, HEC School of Management from Paris and Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration from Bergen – a joint program conducted at the Warsaw University of Technology.

Mr. Falkowski is fluent in Polish and English and has a working knowledge of French and Russian.
