Mr. Greenberg’s search practice focuses in the recruitment of senior-level executives across the healthcare enterprise. His clients include hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, national and regional managed care organizations, for-profit healthcare services and products companies, life sciences organizations, consulting firms, and healthcare information technology companies.

Since joining Korn/Ferry in 2000, Mr. Greenberg has completed search assignments across a broad range of executive management functions, including CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, sales & marketing and physician executives. Mr. Greenberg is also a member of Korn/Ferry’s Information Technology Center of Expertise and has a particular expertise in the convergence of healthcare and technology.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Greenberg served as a healthcare consultant for both Andersen Consulting and Ernst & Young, focusing on the delivery of business process and information technology solutions for health systems, academic medical centers and managed care organizations. He participated in various client engagements, including interim management, full system implementation and integration, new product development, organizational change management, and workflow/process re-design.  

Mr. Greenberg received dual master of business administration and master of health science degrees from the University of Florida and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland.
