Mr. Pikus has been recognized in the industry for his extensive talent management knowledge of the financial markets. He has conducted senior-level search assignments and leadership assessment projects across all aspects of retail and commercial banking, consumer and commercial finance, mortgage banking, credit cards, transaction processing, payments, retail brokerage, private banking, investment management and real estate.

Throughout his career, Mr. Pikus has successfully completed high profile Board of Director, CEO, COO, CFO, CCO, CRO, and CMO searches for both regionally-based and globally-focused, Fortune 1000 financial services organizations. He has also led prominent investors to operating and advisory talent across multiple asset classes in banking. 

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Pikus spent a decade with another leading executive search firm, where he held numerous sector leadership and client management roles within the global financial services practice of the firm. Additionally, Mr. Pikus served as a managing director and partner of a boutique executive search firm, where he managed all aspects of client services and business development for the company. Mr. Pikus began his professional career in politics, heavily focused on research and campaign strategies on state and local levels.

He is an active member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants.

Mr. Pikus earned his bachelor's degree in political science from Washington College.
