Mr. Reidy acts as a strategic corporate advisor to national and international clients on a number of executive search matters, including non-executive director appointments, board governance and performance. Prior to his current position, he served as the Firm’s Managing Director, Australasia.

Before joining Korn/Ferry in 1999, Mr. Reidy was the managing director for a number of major Australian industrial enterprises.

Mr. Reidy also has served on the boards of the Central Sydney Area Health Service and the New South Wales Institute of Sports Medicine. In addition, Mr. Reidy was a councilor of the ANZAC Health and Medical Research Foundation.

Mr. Reidy’s early career was interrupted by a period of national service during which he was awarded the Military Cross for his service in Vietnam. He was admitted as a Barrister to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and subsequently spent a short period as a Barrister-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Queensland.

Mr. Reidy studied law at Sydney University.
