For over a decade, Ms. Gentela has played a significant role in growing the life sciences and industrial practices, successfully executing senior search assignments including board placements across the pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, devices, managed care, automobile, aerospace, engineering, minerals and metals, chemicals, packaging and services sub-sectors in India.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 1999, she worked with a prominent local executive search firm in Mumbai.

During this time, she executed a number of prestigious searches for Indian and multi-national firms.

Ms. Gentela began her career with a local boutique firm, where she focused on executive searches in the life sciences sector.

Ms. Gentela holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in pharmacy specializing in Quality Assurance from SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai, India.
