Mr. Schweinitz primarily focuses on clients from the information technology industry. Within the IT industry,  Mr. Schweinitz conducts C-level searches for management roles, senior executives and specialists.

In addition, Mr. Schweinitz specialises in the functional areas of CIO, IT/IS director and other IS and IT positions both in Germany, and at an international level across all industry sectors.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 2000, Mr. Schweinitz was a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting in their financial services practice.

Mr. Schweinitz holds a master’s of business administration degree from the University of Wales.
