A pioneer in the recruitment of senior supply chain executives, Ms. Hoffman specializes in the recruitment of senior executives in privately held, investor-backed and publicly-traded firms in the discrete and process manufacturing, transportation and supply chain services industries. Within her functional specialty, she has recruited executives in strategic sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, customer service, quality and product development for industrial, consumer, retail, healthcare and technology companies globally.

Ms. Hoffman’s management and consulting experience spans more than twenty years in strategy and operational excellence in a wide range of manufacturing and distribution enterprises. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, she was with another global executive search firm for thirteen years where she founded and led the firm’s global supply chain practice and headed the North American industrial sector.

Earlier, Ms. Hoffman was a member of the operations management group of Booz Allen Hamilton (now Booz & Co). In this role, she consulted on supply chain solutions, process redesign, productivity improvement and change management initiatives for a wide range of industrial and financial services companies. She began her career as a credit analyst with CoreStates Bank.

Ms. Hoffman is a member of the council of Supply Chain Management professionals and the Institute for Supply Management. She also serves on the leadership council of Franklin and Marshall College.

Ms. Hoffman earned a master’s degree in business administration with a focus in finance and business policy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in economics (cum laude) from Franklin and Marshall College.
