Mr. Witt works for leading international high-performance organisations in the industrial and information technology segments as well as in media/retail and services. He has a successful track record in recruiting for international and domestic roles on the general management and senior executive level. Mr. Witt has worked on search assignments for all corporate functions and has helped clients to attract complete management teams.

Mr. Witt has been in the executive search consulting business for two decades. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, he was with two different executive search firm as a managing partner.

Mr. Witt holds a bachelor’s degree in social and economic-history and Anglo-American studies from Marburg University.
