Mr. Hossho specializes in senior-level executive searches for global multinationals, ranging from fortune 100 to start-ups. In addition, he also serves Japanese clients operating in China.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 1998, he worked for Recruit Co. Ltd., one of Japan’s largest human resources and information services providers. There, he served multinational clients in a wide range of industries from life sciences to industrial and consumer goods.

Mr. Hossho began his career with Sumitomo Chemical Co. Ltd, and was assigned to the business development and corporate planning department for specialty chemicals.

During his career with Sumitomo, he was involved in various projects such as a feasibility study for overseas production site development, mutual-sourcing negotiations with a European chemical company, and joint venture establishment with an American chemical company.

Mr. Hossho has an MBA from University of Southern California with Beta Gamma Sigma honors. He also graduated in economics and chemistry from Texas Wesleyan University. He received a full scholarship from the university, and won a research grant from the Welch Chemical Foundation. His research report on photo-catalytic decomposition was published in The Journal of Chemistry in December, 1989.
