Mr. Okret specializes in executive search and leadership development for clients in the technology and telecommunications marketplace.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Okret was a vice president of A.T. Kearney, where for six years he led management consulting projects related to strategy, organization and operations with clients in the telecommunications and high-tech sectors. Before this, he worked as the executive director of marketing during the launch of the BCP in São Paulo, Brazil.

Previously, Mr. Okret worked with KPN, a major telecommunications operator, in Europe, leading the strategic planning and marketing activities for mobile communications.

Early in his career, Mr. Okret worked at Booz, Allen & Hamilton in the Netherlands, and with McKinsey & Co. in their Iberia office.

Mr. Okret holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and economics from the University of São Paulo as well as a master’s of business administration from Indiana University, where he attended as a Fulbright Scholar.

He is fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish and Dutch.
