Before joining Korn/Ferry in 1996, Ms. Peretz was a vice president at Credit Suisse First Boston, overseeing a range of financing projects for Latin American clients. Previously, as a vice president at J.P. Morgan, Ms. Peretz helped direct advisory and capital markets mandates, and was a senior team member for the first major project financing in Russia. Ms. Peretz started her investment banking career as an associate at Bankers Trust Company in the energy investment banking area. She was previously an attorney in the corporate department of Winthrop Stimson Putnam & Roberts. Ms. Peretz’s early career included a judicial internship in the office of the administrative assistant to Warren Burger, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States. Ms. Peretz holds a law degree from Georgetown, a master’s degree in business administration focused in finance from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in history from Princeton. |
