Ms. Swan has successfully completed numerous senior-level searches and succession planning projects for financial services clients worldwide. She is recognized as a leader in talent management within the wealth management sector, where she has built leadership teams and worked on cross border assignments for global clients, including the private client arms of universal and regional banks, pure play private banks, retail brokerage firms, trust companies, and insurance and investment companies.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 2007, Ms. Swan spent more than ten years with another global executive search firm, where she was a member of the firm’s global financial services practice and co-head of the wealth management practice. She worked extensively with a wide variety of financial services organizations, including investment management, wealth management, retail and commercial banking, insurance, investment banking, and private equity. Ms. Swan also spent several years as a member of the firm’s “Office of the Chairman,” where she worked across industries on CEO, COO, president, and board of director searches.

Earlier in her career, she was with Drake International where she founded the firm’s executive search office in London, and later managed their search operations in Toronto. Ms. Swan began her career at Guardian Capital Group in Toronto. 

A native of Canada, she was educated at Mount Allison University in Sackville, New Brunswick.
