Mr. Lauzon has more than three decades of experience in both senior executive and board member searches as a strategic consultant to large companies and organizations in Canada and worldwide.

Before joining Korn/Ferry in 2003, Mr. Lauzon spent 23 years with Ernst & Young and Cap Gemini, where he held senior management and consulting positions in both Canada and the United States. He has also worked extensively with the International Telecommunications Union in Geneva.

Apart from his responsibilities within Korn/Ferry, Mr. Lauzon is recognized for his involvement in the business community. He has been a member of the Rector’s Club of the University of Montreal since its inception, and was president of the alumni of the University of Montreal for two years.

Mr. Lauzon holds a degree in industrial psychology from the University of Montreal. He is a Fellow of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec, Fellow of the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec (FCMC) and chairman of the World Confederation of Productivity Science.
