After a successful career as an attorney practicing in New York and specializing in litigation and corporate/commercial work, Ms. Goldberg Preng embarked upon executive search, employing her wealth of legal knowledge and experience. She focuses on the recruitment of senior-level executives in the legal and compliance professions.

Ms. Goldberg Preng also sits on Korn/Ferry’s Global Promotions Committee.

Before joining Korn/Ferry, Ms. Goldberg Preng was a partner at another leading executive search firm, where she worked primarily in the legal and compliance sectors and was also a member of the firm’s 401k Committee. Prior to that, Ms. Goldberg Preng was a principal and owner of a firm focusing on the recruitment of attorneys for major law firms, and was the vice president at an executive search boutique.

In addition to her business roles, Ms. Goldberg Preng is focused on serving the larger community. She currently serves as a member of the board of trustees of the New York chapter of Boystown, headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska. Ms. Goldberg Preng is a member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants’ (AESC) Council of the Americas. AESC is the search industry’s leading association.

Ms. Goldberg Preng received her juris doctorate degree from Hofstra University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in political science and philosophy from New York University, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
