Ms. Téa has almost two decades of international experience as an executive search consultant. Within the Consumer Market, she focuses on the retail and hospitality sectors in Europe. She has developed a national and international executive search practice, conducting functional assignments in general management, marketing, sales, finance and administration, human resources and manufacturing. Her clients include food, personal care, household products and textile companies.

Ms. Téa joined Carré, Orban & Partners, which later merged with Korn/Ferry, in 1984 as a consultant and became a partner in 1993. Prior to executive search, she worked for the French Government Agency for International Co-operation.

Ms. Téa graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris.
