Mr. Lacruz focuses on the recruitment of senior executives and highly qualified specialists in the IT, telecommunications and technology markets. He also recruits within the financial (banking) and engineering sectors. Mr. Lacruz has participated in management assessment projects within the region (Chile, Argentina, and Colombia).

In 2010, he was promoted from Client Partner to Senior Client Partner. Mr. Lacruz joined Korn/Ferry as a Consultant in 1994.

Earlier, Mr. Lacruz worked with Espiñeira, Sheldon & Asociados (Pricewaterhouse – Management Consulting Division) from 1989 to 1992 as a supervisor focused on the systems area of their clients’ finance department.

Previously in this firm, Mr. Lacruz served as a senior consultant dedicated to analyzing, programming and developing information systems.

Mr. Lacruz began his career as an independent systems analyst at Puerto La Cruz.

Mr. Lacruz is a member of the IT Committee of the Venezuelan American Chamber of Commerce (VenAmCham).

Mr. Lacruz earned a graduate degree in applied management in 1994 from McGill University in Montréal, Canada. He graduated from Universidad Simón Bolívar with a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering. Mr. Lacruz is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of French.
