As Managing Director for Futurestep in the United Kingdom, Ms. Parsons has more than 15 years’ experience in the recruitment sector managing multi-million dollar businesses and executive client relationships in North America, the U.K., and across continental Europe.

Prior to joining Futurestep, Ms. Parsons was responsible for the launch and management of a global staffing company’s outsourcing and consulting division, overseeing brands in the RPO, BPO, contingent workforce outsourcing and consulting divisions, with operations in eight countries in Europe.

Previously, Ms. Parsons was responsible for establishing an EMEA strategic account management team leading a core group of 12 Fortune 100 clients’ global client relationships in the pharmaceutical, consumer, technology and financial sectors and developing these relationships across the region and business divisions.

A former board member of the HROutsourcing Association of Europe,  Ms. Parsons was instrumental in founding the organization’s RPO forum bringing together practitioners, user/buyers, analysts and advisors.

Ms. Parsons is a graduate of the University of Toronto, and maintains dual citizenship in her native Canada and the United Kingdom.
