Mr. Rusen brings more than 15 years of experience to the Firm, working with clients on integrated talent management and leadership development initiatives, including succession planning, high-potential identification and talent assessment.
While leading the Toronto office, Mr. Rusen spearheaded several prominent talent management engagements, working closely with C-suite executives and board members at many of the region’s high profile organizations.
Most recently, Mr. Rusen served as vice president, organization effectiveness with Campbell Soup Company, having global responsibility and was based in their world headquarters.
Prior to Campbell Soup Company, Mr. Rusen was an associate partner with Accenture’s Human Performance practice where he worked on change management initiatives for Fortune 500 clients across North America and Europe.
He began his business career with Hallmark Cards Canada where he held a number of senior sales and business strategy roles.
Mr. Rusen is a member of the Ted Rogers School of Business Management Advisory Council – the second largest undergraduate business degree school in Canada and is on the Board of Directors of Canada’s Walk of Fame.
A frequent speaker, Mr. Rusen has delivered more than 100 presentations and workshops on organizational change and effective leadership.
Mr. Rusen holds a bachelor’s degree in business with honours from the University of Manitoba.
