With more than two decades of experience with Korn/Ferry, Mr. Lampl has conducted numerous searches for clients in the chemicals, process industries, distribution/logistics and supply chain, as well as construction & engineering, general manufacturing and business-to-business sectors. He is also a recognized leader in the Firm, as he spearheaded the formation of Korn/Ferry’s Global Industrial Market.

Mr. Lampl has significant experience working internationally and frequently manages transnational search engagements conducted in the United States and abroad. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 1983, Mr. Lampl was vice president, human resources for AGA Gas, Inc., a Swedish firm. Previously, he was area personnel and industrial relations manager for Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Mr. Lampl's previous business experience has included positions as manager of industrial relations at Combustion Engineering, Inc.; manager of employment for Finance America, a subsidiary of Bank America; and the Stuyvesant Insurance Group in Allentown.

Mr. Lampl received a master’s in business administration degree from New York Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Miami. He retired from the U.S. Army Reserve, where he held the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Mr. Lampl served during Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm, where he was awarded the Bronze Star.
