With nearly two decades of executive search experience, Mr. Pierce has participated in more than 400 senior-level assignments, including engagements for clients in capital goods, aerospace, paper, consumer durables, specialty equipment, engineered components, packaging products and industrial services.

Before joining Korn/Ferry in 1997, Mr. Pierce led the industrial practice at another management search firm in Chicago.

Specifically, he has conducted assignments for chief executive officers, chief financial officers chief operating officers, division presidents, general managers and functional heads of sales, marketing, human resources, engineering and supply chain management. He also frequently teams with colleagues to conduct searches for board of directors.

Mr. Pierce started his business career in the retail banking industry. He is a member of the National Eagle Scout Association and a national trustee, Midwest Region for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.

He holds a bachelor’s of business administration degree with an emphasis in industrial relations from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee.
