With more than a decade of experience in the executive search and consulting industries, Mr. Schubert spent years in another executive recruitment firm as vice president and managing director of Germany, where he specialized in industrial markets.

Before entering the executive search profession, Mr. Schubert served three different roles as an associate, manager and principal during his tenure with A.T. Kearney Management Consulting.

Mr. Schubert began his career as a marketing/sales management trainee with Robert Bosch GmbH, before transitioning to Bosch KK as a marketing and deputy sales manager in Japan.

Mr. Schubert earned a master’s in business administration at Westfalische Wilhelms University.

Mr. Schubert is fluent in English and conversational in Japanese.
