Mr. O’Callaghan possesses significant global experience in the industrial sector, focusing specifically on mining, but also working in forest products, packaging, transportation and manufacturing. He works closely with and advises client companies and their boards of directors in the identification, attraction and evaluation of board and senior management talent. His mining experience includes extensive work with major, mid-tier and junior mining companies.

Mr. O'Callaghan has conducted numerous senior-level engagements across a variety of functions, including board, CEO, CFO, COO, senior vice president of sales and marketing and senior human resources executives.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 2002, Mr. O’Callaghan worked for a large Canadian executive recruitment firm in Vancouver. He began his career working in the travel and leisure sector, initially focusing on operations and later on human resources, recruiting, training and development.

Mr. O'Callaghan is a board director and sits on the Governance Committee of the Lions Gate Hospital Foundation.

Mr. O’Callaghan earned a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario.
