Mr. Antonetti has more than three decades of experience in the area of human resources, mostly within the petroleum industry and service companies throughout the United States and Latin America.
Mr. Antonetti joined the Firm as a Partner and Vice President in 1997 and was later promoted to his current role in 1999.
His last position was international vice president of human resources with the GTE Corporation, based in Stamford, Connecticut.
Previously, he worked for a period of three and a half years as executive vice president of human resources and organization in CANTV, the privatized Venezuelan telecom company.
Mr. Antonetti was also with the largest affiliate of PDVSA (the Venezuelan oil company), first as deputy general manager of the Western Division and later as general manager of human resources. For a period of six years, he was engaged with the Kavanayen Consortium in the construction of the final stage of the Raúl Leoni dam in Guri; six years in General Motors and 11 years in Creole Petroleum Corporation (Exxon).
Mr. Antonetti received his undergraduate degree in law from the Universidad Central de Venezuela, and pursued postgraduate studies in labor law. Additionally, he has taken numerous courses in executive management and human resources at Penn State University and at the University of Michigan.
