Ms. Lataille has long-standing expertise in partnering strategically nationally and globally with clients across the retail and consumer, as well as the legal and compliance arenas to successfully implement their broad talent management initiatives. In 2011, she was promoted to Senior Client Partner, having served as Client Partner since 2005.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Ms. Lataille was the director of the Montreal office of a leading legal recruitment firm, where she was responsible for handling senior and mid-level assignments for some of the most respected Canadian law firms and corporations. Earlier, she spent four years in this firm’s Toronto office as a senior consultant.

Previously, Ms. Lataille was a lawyer at a litigation boutique, where she managed litigation files and strategy as a commercial/insolvency litigation lawyer. Her early career was spent as an articling student with prominent law firms in Toronto and Montreal.

Ms. Lataille is a former director of easyhome Ltd., Canada's largest merchandise lease company.

Ms. Lataille earned a bachelor of laws degree in common law from Osgoode Hall Law School, and a bachelor of laws degree in civil law from Université de Montréal. She has also received the professional designation ICD.D granted by the Institute of Corporate Directors.
