Mr. Simcock works closely with Futurestep’s Asia Pacific management team and regional clients, implementing and delivering RPO projects and managed services across the region. In New Zealand, he leads consulting teams for Futurestep’s search, project recruitment, outsourcing and consulting service lines.

Joining the Firm in 1998, Mr. Simcock focused on senior executive appointments in the financial services, advanced technology and industrial sectors, before being appointed to lead New Zealand’s Futurestep.

Earlier, Mr. Simcock worked in HR consulting for fives years in Tokyo, leading engagements for global emerging growth and Fortune 500 companies. He also spent two years in executive leasing in New Zealand.

Mr. Simcock is on the board of advisors for Otago University School of Business.

He earned a master’s of business administration (distinction) and bachelor’s of arts degree from Victoria University.
