Mr. Morales brings more than two decades of CEO and sales and business development experience to the Firm.

Before joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Morales was international director for Lucas, a division of Mars, Inc., where he managed and was responsible for international business development.

Prior to Mars, Mr. Morales was international director for CEMEX, where he was responsible for sales and business development in North America, Latin America and the Caribbean.

Earlier, Mr. Morales founded and led a computer and networking company during which time he was named by Compaq Computers as “Best Business Partner” in Latin America and was also awarded the “Best Dealer Award."

Mr. Morales is a member of the advisory boards of a leading Mexican construction company, a consumer products company, and a medical-related company.

Having studied and lived in the U.S. for five years, Mr. Morales holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and has attended executive business programs at Harvard, MIT, Wharton, Stanford and Carnegie Mellon, among others.
