Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Delhougne was with another executive search firm, where he conducted CEO, board-level, and sales and marketing assignments for clients at publicly traded companies, venture-funded technology companies and professional services firms in the technology space. He has also done extensive work for European, Middle Eastern, Canadian and other international clients with sensitive cross-cultural issues. Before Mr. Delhougne entered the executive search profession, he was an equity sales associate and analyst for J.P. Morgan in London and New York, and was a case team leader with Bain & Co. in Munich, Germany responsible for managing strategy consulting projects. Mr. Delhougne began his career with Siemens PLC in London as the assistant to the chief executive officer. He was subsequently promoted to corporate planner in the regional strategy group working with the board of directors at Siemens AG in Munich, and later worked for the Siemens Transportation Group in Erlangen as a commercial manager. Mr. Delhougne has served as a member of the board of IFX Corporation, as an officer for the Harvard Business School Club of New York where he has taught career management seminars, and as a board member of the New York Chapter of Teach for America. In 2009 he joined the board of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation in New York as well as the board of the Integrated Oncology Network (ION). Mr. Delhougne earned his master’s in business administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, which he attended on the Werner von Siemens Scholarship, and where he was a teaching assistant in marketing. Mr. Delhougne also received a postgraduate diploma from the London School of Economics, where he was a teaching assistant in macroeconomics. He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the U.S. International University – Europe. |
