Mr. Everaert offers two decades of professional experience in organizational and leadership development, change management and executive recruitment. He has a strong track record in advising multinationals on hiring senior-level executives, especially at the C-level. He is also known for building solutions for board and C-team effectiveness, organizational and leadership development.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Everaert served as the Regional Market Leader for Korn/Ferry’s Global Industrial Market, EMEA, and Managing Director of the Firm’s Premium Client Partnerships in Europe.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Everaert worked for 10 years as a management consultant dedicated to the industrial and high-tech industries.

Earlier in his career, he was a social affairs advisor to the president of the Belgian Federation of Iron and Steel Manufacturers. 

Mr. Everaert has a master’s degree in psychology and organizational behavior and in information technology.
His language skills include English, French, Dutch and German.
