Poey-Leng Lai Senior Client Partner Life Sciences Singapore
A past recipient of the Firm’s Asia Pacific award for Excellence in Client Satisfaction in the Life Sciences Market, Ms. Lai specializes in senior management searches in both the life sciences and consumer industries.
Ms. Lai has significant cross border experience, having partnered with U.S. and European MNC clients ranging from Global 1000 to Fortune 100 companies, as well as start-ups to recruit key executives. Her numerous global and regional assignments have also resulted in significant collaborations with Korn/Ferry colleagues from North America, Europe and throughout Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 1994, Ms. Lai was with Unilever and Johnson & Johnson. She began her career in Sydney with Johnson & Johnson Consumer in their international development program.
Ms. Lai earned a business degree from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.
