For over two decades, Mr. Baxter has completed assignments for general management and c-level functional leaders for clients in the consumer, industrial and real estate sectors. His client list has included Fortune 500, middle market and private equity portfolio companies.

Mr. Baxter is a member of the Firm’s Board & CEO Services Practice, Supply Chain Management and Financial Officer Centers of Expertise. He is a past member and past Chair of the Firm’s Global Partnership Council.  Additionally, he is a two time recipient of the Firm’s America’s Client Satisfaction Award.

Previously, Mr. Baxter held the position of vice president and district manager with the First National Bank of Atlanta (now Wells Fargo), where he had responsibility for Southeastern corporate accounts. His banking clients included a range of companies, and he completed major financings for clients in the electronics, transportation, aviation, building materials and mining sectors. His prior experience includes positions in college administration at Northwestern University and Indiana State University. 

Mr. Baxter received his master’s in business administration from Indiana University, where he was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma honorary business fraternity. He received his bachelor degree in both biology and chemistry from Indiana State University.

Mr. Baxter has completed the Supply Chain Management Executive Development Program at Penn State University, and is a member of The Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.
