During his nearly two decades in executive search, Mr. Ferguson has developed a special expertise in healthcare-related clients. He has worked with companies in many inter-related fields including pharmaceuticals, consumer health, medical devices, biotechnology, e-health, nutritional, animal health products and contract research organizations.

Mr. Ferguson’s particular strength lies in understanding the products and processes of FDA-regulated industries. His industry and consulting knowledge enable him to clearly identify the competencies and critical success factors that will create the client’s competitive advantage.

Mr. Ferguson specializes in identifying top talent for Global 1000 and Fortune 500 corporations, as well as start-up and fast-growth companies. Many of his assignments are global in nature and involve collaborating with Korn/Ferry consultants in Europe, Asia/Pacific and Latin America.

Prior to his role in the Seattle office, Mr. Ferguson was a Senior Client Partner in the Firm’s Princeton, New Jersey office.

Before joining Korn/Ferry in 1997, Mr. Ferguson was a managing director for a Princeton, New Jersey-based boutique search firm specializing in healthcare products. He started his career with a Red Bank, New Jersey executive search firm.

Mr. Ferguson holds a bachelor’s degree in science and mathematics from Thomas Edison State College.
