With over two decades of experience recruiting within the consulting industry, Mr. Sullivan has successfully carried out searches for senior-level positions in management consulting, financial services, venture capital, high technology and corporate organizations.

Prior to joining the Firm in 1994, Mr. Sullivan served as the director of recruiting for Deloitte & Touche Management Consulting, where he was responsible for the Northeast region across all practice disciplines. He was also a member of their national industry recruiting task force.

Prior to Deloitte & Touche, Mr. Sullivan was a recruiter with Fidelity Investments, where he specialized in recruiting experienced investment, financial, accounting and marketing professionals.

Before Fidelity, he spent several years with another management recruiting firm, where he developed and led a professional staff of consultants focused on the commercial banking, investment banking, money management and accounting industries. Mr. Sullivan began his career in commercial banking with the Bank of Boston.

He is on the board of directors of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Massachusetts Business Roundtable, and co-founder of the Sullivan-Terrio Invitational Golf Tournament, which benefits high school students.

Mr. Sullivan attended Boston College’s master’s in business administration program and holds a bachelor’s in business administration from Villanova University.
