A seasoned consultant, Ms. Rozakeas has over 15 years experience in the executive recruitment space, having conducted senior level searches for clients across Hong Kong and China in the consumer products, retail, luxury, media, entertainment and gaming sectors.

She joined Korn/Ferry in 2002 as the Hong Kong country manager of its middle management recruitment subsidiary, Futurestep, and was instrumental in developing and growing its operations. She successfully expanded the mid-management and recruitment solutions business, working with international clients in the region before moving on to executive search with Korn/Ferry in 2005. 

Prior to that, Ms. Rozakeas was a senior consultant recruiting sales and marketing roles in the consumer and service sectors with a leading recruitment firm for over five years. Initially based in Australia, she transferred to the Hong Kong office in 2000 to launch customized HR solutions for firms in Asia. During this period, she further developed her expertise in human capital solutions to include Asia-wide project recruitment, on-site consulting, as well as local and multi-market project and account management responsibilities.

Her earlier career also included six years of overseeing labor market programs in Australia where she developed a high level of competency in all facets of career management and recruitment services.

Ms. Rozakeas has a bachelor of arts degree in international politics and modern Greek from Monash University, Melbourne and a graduate diploma in business administration from Swinburne University, Melbourne.
