For almost a decade, Ms. Pathania has focused on recruiting senior-level executives for Global 1000 and Fortune 500 pharmaceutical corporations, specialty pharmaceuticals, as well as start-up and venture funded companies in the Life Sciences sector. Her assignments span executive and general management, functional management, senior technical and CIO positions globally.
In recent years, Ms. Pathania has recruited senior executives in commercial, clinical research and development, business development, technical and operations roles in large pharma, speciality, generic pharmaceuticals as well as with service providers to the Life Sciences sector.
Ms. Pathania joined Korn/Ferry’s Mumbai office in 1998. Prior to moving to Princeton in early 2003, she was a core member of the Firm’s Asia Pacific search team.
Ms. Pathania had several years of OTC, consumer, healthcare and retail industry experience before moving into executive search. This includes four years with Bausch & Lomb India where she was a part of the marketing team that launched the eyewear and eye care products.
Ms. Pathania began her career in sales and marketing with Titan Watches Ltd., a premier watchmaker and a highly marketing-focused company.
Ms. Pathania holds a master’s of business administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Jodhpur in India and a bachelor’s of science in biology from Sophia College, Ajmer in India.
