With significant search experience in the consumer and luxury goods and retailing industries, Ms. Sone has conducted several major projects spanning the apparel, cosmetics and sporting goods sectors.

Her client list includes both Fortune 500 companies and start-up operations, for whom she has recruited presidents, CEOs and board members as well as senior-level executives in marketing and sales, finance, operations and human resources. Ms. Sone also specializes in the recruitment of legal professionals for companies and major law firms.

Ms. Sone holds a postgraduate degree (Hons) in human resources management and industrial relations from the Queensland University of Technology in Australia and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo.
