Ms. Elliott’s primary focus is executive and non-executive board appointments in the U.K. and international retail sector. She also works with boards of retail companies to provide support on a broad range of leadership issues.

Ms. Elliott’s track record spans all retail sub-sectors (grocery, general merchandise, specialist and fashion), routes to market (stores, mail order, e-commerce and multi-channel) and retail functions. She has recruited extensively for board roles within U.K.’s top 100 retailers, as well as for private equity firms invested in the retail sector.

Additionally, Ms. Elliott has led a number of thought leadership papers, including What’s in Store? The future for global retail, which was presented at the World Retail Congress, incorporating the views of chief executive officers from round the world on executive talent trends in the retail sector today.

Since joining the Firm in 2000, Ms. Elliott has worked for businesses across the consumer sector, extending into consumer and luxury goods, leisure and branded services. She has worked in both the London and Paris offices.

Previously, Ms. Elliott worked for Pepsi Co. in a number of roles within sales, human resources and marketing. 

An associate member of the British Retail Consortium, Ms. Elliott regularly contributes to articles and publications, and speaks at events about executive talent issues within the retail industry.

She has a degree in modern & medieval languages from St. John’s College, Cambridge University.

She speaks Spanish, French and Italian.
