With more than two decades of experience in the technology industry, Mr. Coleman concentrates on the recruitment of senior-level operating executives and board members in all segments of the communications industry, including wired, wireless, cable and IP. He has conducted search assignments for service providers, hardware and network companies, and software suppliers within the communications market.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Coleman spent more than 20 years in the technology industry. The majority of those years were spent in senior leadership and general management roles at Apple Computer, Inc., Philips Electronics, NV and the Microsoft Corporation.

Mr. Coleman earned his bachelor’s degree from Niagara University in New York. He also attended the executive management program on international business sponsored by Apple Computer, Inc. at the London Business School.
