Functionally, he focuses on senior-level assignments for clients ranging in size from large, publicly-held corporations to small, independent or family-owned organizations. Prior to his current role as a Global Market Managing Director, Mr. Kingdom was the Managing Director of Korn/Ferry’s Chicago office and the Midwest region, which included offices in Minneapolis, Denver, Dallas, Houston and Austin. In 1998, Mr. Kingdom was elected to the Firm’s Board of Directors and was re-elected after the company became publicly listed on the New York Stock Exchange. At that time, Korn/Ferry’s Board of Directors selected Mr. Kingdom to execute its own chief executive officer search. Before joining Korn/Ferry in 1987, Mr. Kingdom was with Coldwell Banker’s commercial real estate group in Denver, Colorado, where he was responsible for new business development and managing client relationships. Mr. Kingdom currently serves as a board member for Youth Guidance in Chicago and the University of Colorado, Leed’s School of Business. Mr. Kingdom holds a bachelor’s in finance from the University of Colorado. |
